JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Analyze the requirements, create and maintain project documentation.
- Directly communicate with clients using Japanese via online meetings, email, slack channels (or other chat tools) to meet the requirements.
- Report the progress of work status as well as any difficulties to the clients daily and/or weekly.
- Actively voice out any ideas or solutions for the issues during the progress in order to enhance the quality and results of the project.
- Support Project Manager in managing members, tasks, and project timeline when needed.
- Support the quality assurance activities to ensure that the final product meets client expectations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have
- Good at Japanese for 4 comprehension skills (Japanese skill at least N2 or equivalent).
- Leadership potential, high responsibility, good teamwork spirit.
Nice to have:
- Understanding about Japanese culture and Japanese working style.
- Prefer candidates with work experience or study in Japan.
- Experience involved in medium to big projects.
- Good at English.
- Communication skills: Ability to listen, convey information clearly and coherently.
- Teamwork skills: Able to work independently and effectively collaborate in a team.
- Time management skills: Work efficiently under high pressure.
- Have knowledge in some areas, such as E-commerce, Healthcare, E-learning, AI, Blockchain...
- Experience in using design and UML drawing tools like Figma, Draw.io.
