Job Summary
As a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE), you will serve as the strategic technical and linguistic link between our clients and project teams. Beyond traditional bridging roles, you will be groomed to take on Project Management (PM) responsibilities, overseeing complex delivery cycles across diverse domains. Opportunities may include managing ERP (SAP) workflow automation and reporting, overseeing CRM (Salesforce) customer engagement activities, executing logistics and supply chain operations, leading fintech services and risk processes, directing e‑commerce sales, product lifecycle, and customer experience strategies, as well as supporting design, content, and media projects from CJ Group.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Communication (40%)
• Requirements Elicitation & Management: Lead requirement-gathering sessions with Korean stakeholders. Actively clarify ambiguous business logic and transform high-level ideas into concrete technical requirements.
• Technical Communication Bridge: Provide interpretation for technical meetings and translate system documentation (SRS, Design Spec, API Docs) ensuring zero loss in technical context.
2. System Analysis & Technical Coordination (30%)
• Partner with Tech Leads to ensure implementation matches client requests and provide functional consultation across various domains.
• Oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process. Perform final sanity checks on deliverables to ensure they meet the quality standards before deployment.
• Support in resolving issues related to accounts, permissions, security programs and infrastructure registration.
• Create technical documents and reports that are required.
3. Project Management Assistance (30%)
• Project Planning (WBS): Break down projects into manageable tasks, define milestones, and build comprehensive WBS with Technical Leaders.
• Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project health and create regular reports. Proactively identify bottlenecks and report progress to Project Managers.
• Expectation Management: Negotiate project scope, deadlines, and deliverables with clients to ensure the project team’s capacity is aligned with business priorities.
• Resource Coordination: Assist in allocating human resources and managing team productivity to meet the project goals.
Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Korean Language, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency:
o Korean: Fluent in Korean (TOPIK 5 or 6).
o English: Professional working proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Professional Experience:
o At least 2 years of experience as a BrSE or IT Comtor in the IT industry.
o Proven experience working with Korean corporate culture.
o Possession of Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PSM) is highly desirable.
• Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in various domains (e.g., Logistics, ERP, CRM, Fintech, E-commerce, Design/ Content/ Media) is highly preferred.
