Job description for Brand Marketing Specialist at BIASA Group
- Executes email marketing, and display advertising.
- Acts as the person in charge on the tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans
- Build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to the end of driving consumer awareness and preference, increasing market share, and building broader portfolio and brand awareness.
- Advertise company and products/services on various media
- Overseeing and development of the overall content strategy for an enterprise, as well as marketing campaigns and implementing these on all platforms.
- Building relationships with potential and existing customers through social media networks.
- Monitor corporate website and social media pages
- Able to create content for any social media
- Balancing traditional, digital marketing and e-Commerce activities to contributing to public relations (PR) activities for the brand.
- Maximize the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care.
- Manages photoshoots
- Promote company’s products and services during events
- Create and send regular newsletters with company updates
- Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product team
- Perform competitive research to understand what’s happening in the market, and incorporate your findings into each campaign for better results.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication among project stakeholders.
- Minimum 2 (two) year of experience in the same position
- Experience in Fashion Industry is a PLUS
- Demonstrated expertise of online and offline marketing
- Familiar with Facebook Ads, Google analytics, Social Media Marketing and Content Creator
- Strong command in English both orally and verbally
- Excellence Copywriting skill
