Job description for Brand Marketing Manager at PT Maja Estetika Sejahtera
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all marketing channels.
- Translate brand strategy into creative concepts for campaigns and product launches.
- Lead creative direction for campaigns, always-on content, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Manage social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Threads aligned with brand direction.
- Oversee end-to-end KOL collaborations (briefing, creative alignment, execution, and reporting).
- Plan and execute promotional programs such as Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) and product bundles.
- Analyze campaign and ad performance to optimize CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Develop and manage brand partnerships to expand reach and strengthen brand equity.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years experience in Brand Marketing / Digital Marketing, preferably in beauty industry, FMCG, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and campaign development.
- Experienced in managing social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Threads) and content direction.
- Proven experience working with KOL / influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret marketing performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement rate).
- Experience in campaign planning, product launches, and promotional programs (e.g., GWP, bundles).
- Strong project management and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with strong sense of branding, trends, and consumer behavior
- Willing to be placement at Kawasan Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta
