Job Description
- Develop and execute branding and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Manage end-to-end online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Lead and supervise content direction in line with brand identity and positioning.
- Collaborate closely with creative, sales, e-commerce, and KOL/influencer teams.
- Develop social media and digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and consumer behavior.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign and brand performance.
- Build partnerships with media, communities, and brand collaborators.
- Oversee events, product launches, and brand activation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Brand Manager or Marketing Manager, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong understanding of branding strategy, digital marketing, and social media trends.
- Excellent analytical thinking and project management skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly aware of fashion and lifestyle trends.
- Strong communication, problem solving, leadership abilities, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. (Must)
