Lithan/ eduCLaaS is looking for a driven Brand Executive who will work with the regional marketing teams, supporting teams, and vendors in designing and implementing plans for the brand, customer experience and brand loyalty, so as to drive the organisation's brand awareness. He/She is to champion all brand campaigns and projects that improve and enhance our current brand identity internally and externally.
Responsibilities include:
· Conduct necessary research, craft brand awareness/ brand lift campaigns in partnership with other stakeholders, which includes UGC, Influencer, and Referral campaigns - with the goal to enhance our brand visibility across existing and new markets.
· Create and execute customer retention programs if applicable
· Drive testimonial acquisition/ Case Study projects across our brands and across different countries. This includes pre-work such as collecting and examining customer satisfaction reports and feedback.
· Drive and implement activities, in partnership with your corporate branding teammates, that builds higher customer loyalty and ensure the delivery of consistent customer experience.
· Work closely with solution leads and content marketing team to align and ensure clear brand positioning and messaging are used throughout marketing campaigns
· Work closely with content marketing team to manage the design and brand alignment requirements.
· Monitor competitors and conduct monthly competitors analysis across countries (can be further discussed).
· Lock down on brand measurement and produce weekly reporting that monitors performance based on aligned KPIs
The ideal candidate will:
· A proven record in marketing, communications and / or community management – this means you have at least 2 years of work experience
· Have a proven track record to work towards enhancing and building the organization’s brand by constantly measuring the effectiveness of your strategies.
· Have prior experience in the education sector.
· Have a good understanding of offline and online channels management.
· Excellent English grammar and writing skills
· Has good program and stakeholder management skills.
· Is highly adaptable and comfortable with change.
· Has a constant appetite to learn and grow as an individual.
· Have decent knowledge of analytics/ metrics.
· Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or relevant field.
