Brand & Communication Lead are responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing and communication activities for a brand. Candidate need to develop and implement marketing activities that increase brand value, awareness and market share and will work closely with different teams to create and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market and increase sales.
● Identify research needs, execute research studies and analyze research in order to identify opportunities for brand
● Oversee and manage social media & community team, ensure brand consistency
● Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
● Establish and control brand budgets
● Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
● Responsible for development and messaging (KV, KM) of the brand stories, brand campaign.
● Create, execute, and manage brand marketing programs and campaigns
● Measure and report on campaign performance, KPIs and ROI
● Build relationships with influencers, journalists and media outlets
● Must be flexible and have enthusiasm for teamwork and fast-paced environments.
● Strong research and analytical skills.
● From 3 years of Branding or Communication experience in marketplace or relevant e-commerce flatform such as Tiki, Lazada, Sendo, Shopee, Grab, Baemin, Foody,...
● Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Previous experience in developing brand, marketing strategies, managing and leading teams.
● Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
● Budget management skills.
● Prior experience in eCommerce/Retail company preferred
● Good English communication preferred
