Currently, Dolarindo Group is opening job vacancies for the position of : Branch Manager
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the financial, banking, or money changer industry
- Able to lead a team and manage branch operations
- Experience developing sales strategies, achieving targets, and branch development
- Understanding of BI/OJK regulations regarding foreign exchange (PUVA)
- Understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CFT) regulations
- Experience using cashier systems or money changer management systems
- Able to build relationships with customers and business partners
- Well-organized and results-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong decision-making capacity.
- Active English proficiency
- Placement in Jakarta, Tangerang & Bandung
