In response to our continued business expansion, we are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler (Drafter) with a structural or civil engineering background to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate 2D and 3D models and drawings to support building and infrastructure projects. This role requires close collaboration with structural engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to ensure all deliverables meet technical standards and project requirements.
Job description
• Create and develop accurate, detailed 2D and 3D models based on design drawings, sketches, and engineering calculations;
• Collaborate with structural engineers and architects to interpret and implement design requirements;
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications;
• Revise and update models/drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and clients;
• Maintain well-organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and project records;
• Support the team with other tasks as assigned by Manager or Director.
Job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related fields;
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in drafting or 3D modeling;
• Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD is required;
• Experience with Inventor or Fusion is an advantage;
• Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering is an advantage;
• Strong attention to detail with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset;
• Effective English communication skills, particularly for technical collaboration.
