Responsibilities
- Manage administrative things in project with more specific manage the billing/invoice from Client or to Client.
- Payment Verification & Document Validation
- Manage and control documents, such as form templates, meeting minutes, reports, plans and Highly Confidential No signature is required schedules.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma
- Have experience as Project Admin / General Admin specialized in Finance - General / Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Proficient with Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Powerpoint, Ms. Outlook, Ms. Teams)
- Have basic knowledge in the concept of Taxation, Financial management, and tax administration.
- Has good English communication skills and technical skills
- Able to start immediately and willing to work Hybrid Working Management
