Job description for Bellboy Uluwatu at Balinest Villas
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms or villas and introduce the room facilities and amenities.
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room transfers.
- Provide guests with information about the property, facilities, and nearby attractions.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items such as amenities, packages, or room supplies.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage area.
- Assist with transportation arrangements, including calling taxis or coordinating airport transfers.
- Handle guest belongings with care and ensure their safety at all times.
- Support other operational departments when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma in Hospitality is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bellboy, Porter, or in a similar hospitality role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented personality.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry guests' luggage safely.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C) is an advantage.
