As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing online sales across multiple e-commerce platforms in the Southeast Asia market. You will oversee daily marketplace operations, execute promotional campaigns, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and inventory management.
- Ensure product information, visuals, and content are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for conversion.
- Monitor order fulfillment and coordinate with warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and execute platform campaigns, promotional activities, and sales events.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare campaign assets, inventory plans, and promotional mechanics.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize sales results.
- Monitor key metrics including GMV, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and ROI.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Recommend actions to improve store performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Support ad-hoc projects and business initiatives as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of experience in E-commerce (brand-side or platform-side).
- Deep understanding of major e-commerce platforms.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical mindset with solid Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard skills.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator, with great attention to detail.
- Able to juggle multiple projects - both hands-on and strategic in approach.
