I. Responsibilities:
Ensure training operations run effectively; promote an active learning culture and optimize the employee learning experience through a strategic blend of traditional training and modern E-learning initiatives.
- Coordinate with various departments to develop and implement training plans and programs.
- Plan and manage the full training lifecycle, including course coordination, logistical support, execution, and post-course evaluation.
- Design and digitize engaging e-learning content and manage training materials.
- Support and engage learners and instructors to foster a strong learning culture.
- Analyze training data, track certifications, and report on program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver quality training.
II. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Education, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of Training & Development, L&D, or a similar role; preferably in companies with a workforce of over 200 employees.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and evaluate comprehensive training programs and technical certifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with graphic/video design software (Canva, Capcut, Photoshop, etc.) or e-learning authoring tools (iSpring, Genially, etc.) is a significant advantage; possessing design thinking.
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, and dynamic work ethic.
