Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as a bartender or in F&B service
- Prior experience in hotel, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic F&B service standards and bar operations
- Good English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, professional, and presentable appearance

Job Description:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Ensure consistent drink quality, presentation, and portion control
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner at the bar
- Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
- Manage bar inventory, stock rotation, and report shortages when necessary
- Operate bar equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with regulations
- Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth F&B operations
- Provide excellent customer service and enhance guest experience
