Menyambut customer dengan ramah
Menawarkan menu yang ada kepada customer
Memberikan referensi kepada customer mengenai kebutuhan minuman & makanan
Update tentang dunia perkopian yang sedang trend Menjaga ketersediaan stock kopi
Menjaga peralatan tetap beroperasi dengan baik
Menggunakan peralatan sesuai dengan SOP

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Barista
Memiliki sertifikat pelatihan Barista
Mempunyai passion di dunia F&B (khususnya Coffee)
Bisa menggunakan mesin expresso dan manual
Menguasai Steaming Milk, Latte Art, dan Manual Brew
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
Memiliki kreatifitas dan inisiatif yang tinggi
