Key Responsibilities :
1. Beverage Preparation
- Prepare espresso-based beverages, manual brew coffee, and non-coffee beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain product consistency through proper calibration and brewing techniques.
- Ensure all beverages meet Eightyone Coffee quality standards.
2. Customer Experience
- Deliver warm, genuine, and professional hospitality to every customer.
- Recommend products and create memorable guest experiences through active engagement.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
3. Store Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and dining area.
- Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties according to SOP.
- Monitor product quality, stock availability, and report operational issues.
4. Teamwork
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support fellow baristas during peak hours.
- Maintain a positive and professional working environment.
Qualifications : Barista
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista (Fresh graduates with strong passion for coffee are welcome to apply).
- Passionate about coffee and customer service.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Candidates with experience in brands such as Starbucks, % Arabica, Fore Coffee, Kenangan Coffee, Tomoro Coffee, Tuku, Flash Coffee, Excelso, or other specialty coffee shops will be an advantage.
Knowledge in:
