We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista Coordinator to lead our barista team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications :
• Male/Female
• Maximum 30 years old
• Minimum Senior High School graduate (Bachelor's degree is an advantage)
• At least 2 years of experience as a Barista Coordinator or in a similar role
• Good knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and beverage preparation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Responsible, honest, and disciplined
• Able to communicate effectively in English
