Technical Skills
- Proficient in Golang, as well as JavaScript frameworks, particularly NestJS and/or Express.js.
- Strong knowledge of Java and hands-on experience with the Spring Boot framework.
- Experience working with MySQL and MongoDB databases.
- Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture, including designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable distributed systems.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git version control, Docker, and software development best practices.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) to improve productivity, code quality, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Strong understanding of AI implementation in software applications, including integrating and consuming AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Ollama, or similar LLM services) for various use cases such as chatbots, AI agents, text generation, summarization, translation, embeddings, semantic search, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), function/tool calling, and workflow automation.
- Ability to design, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot AI-powered features while considering performance, scalability, security, cost optimization, and production best practices.
Language Skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is preferred.
