Job overview and responsibility
The resource will design, develop, test, and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that enable the creation, qualification, synchronization, and management of selected entity records between systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 Sales customizations and integrations.
- Build Power Automate and API-based integrations for creation/updates of entity records within Dynamics (contacts, leads, Opps, etc.).
- Design and implement integration error handling, monitoring, and logging.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
- Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
- Participate in ongoing application support and defect resolution.
Required skills and experiences
- 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM development experience.
- Strong experience with:
+ Dataverse
+ Power Automate
+ Dynamics 365 APIs and custom integrations
+ C#, .NET, Plugins, and Custom Workflow Activities
+ REST APIs and JSON
+ Azure integration services (preferred)
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred skills and experiences
- Dynamics 365 Sales implementations in enterprise environments.
- Integration projects involving external business platforms and master data synchronization.
- Familiarity with lead-to-opportunity processes, customer onboarding, and sales lifecycle management.
