Key Responsibilities:
- Client management: build and maintain good relationship with current clients.
- Project management: coordinating with related department: Creative, Marketing, Field Operation, Procurement to prepare proposal, quotation to bid and deploy projects from current clients and new clients to ensure service excellence.
- Team management: Involving in recruitment, training, supervising, and evaluating team members.
- New business development: approach and build new client.
- Responsible for billing/revenue target.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in marketing agency (Event, Activation, BTL) or marketing of FMCG companies.
- Excellent client service skill and business development.
- Excellent commercial skills with attention to detail.
- Leadership skills and a positive attitude.
- Independence and initiative.
- A structured and disciplined approach to project management.
