Project Manager

Job Description:

● Collaborate directly with the CEO to lead the PlatformDTC project, building core systems powered by AI Agent technology to automate operations (ERP, OMS, CRM) and optimize customer experience in line with our AI-driven eCommerce strategy.

● AI Product Development: Design operational workflows for AI Agents and manage internal systems including Data Dashboards, ERP, and Fulfillment tools.

● Requirement Management: Elicit requirements from Operations, Marketing, and C-level stakeholders to translate them into clear backlogs and detailed user stories for the Tech team.

● Project Orchestration: Lead project planning, feature prioritization, and progress monitoring using Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

● Business-Tech Liaison: Act as a bridge between technical and business units to ensure AI solutions solve real-world logistics and eCommerce operational challenges.

Requirements:

● Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager ; priority given to candidates with a background in SaaS, Tech, or eCommerce.

● AI & Automation Mindset: Proven research or hands-on experience with AI Agents, LLMs (Large Language Models), or Intelligent Process Automation.

● Technical Skills: Strong logical thinking and business analysis skills ; proficiency in tools such as Jira, Notion, and Figma.

● English Proficiency: Full professional fluency

Mon–Fri: 9:00–17:30 (1.5h lunch break)
