Human Resources Senior Executive

ACTUAL THINGS YOU’LL DO

• Execute and collaborate on building HR strategies, directly implementing initiatives aligned with the company’s growth direction and business objectives (especially in the context of driving AI adoption and business model transformation).
• Optimize operating systems by participating in research, design, review, and direct execution of HR management systems—including organizational structure, workflows, and policies—to ensure organizational scalability.
• Lead core HR operations by directly operating and taking accountability for the effectiveness of assigned functions, including:

1. Recruiting: Sourcing, screening, and attracting high-quality talent for the organization.
2. Performance Management: Coordinating the deployment, tracking, and evaluation of departmental performance (KPIs/OKRs).
3. Compensation & Benefits (C&B): Executing or supervising payroll, bonuses, benefits schemes, and labor law compliance.
4. Training & Engagement: Organizing internal learning and development programs alongside employee engagement initiatives.

• Serve as an internal HR Business Partner (HRBP), acting as a bridge between Management and departments to proactively advise and provide timely solutions regarding organization, people, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in managing, coaching, and developing junior team members and trainees; collaborate on building succession planning processes to support company growth.
• Directly engage in standardizing workflows and leveraging AI tools in HR operations to optimize the organizational structure, boost individual productivity, and meet business requirements.
• Flexibly support and resolve HR-related requests from all departments whenever required.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2–3 years of experience in an HR Senior Executive role or equivalent. Priority given to candidates with experience in fast-growing companies, tech, or innovation-driven industries.
• Possess strong specialized knowledge and deep hands-on skills across HR functions, including high-quality talent acquisition, performance management, comprehensive C&B management, learning and development, as well as a solid understanding of current labor laws, employee relations procedures, and internal system building.
• Tech-savvy with an open mindset and a strong ability to leverage AI tools and HRIS software to optimize operational efficiency.
• Outstanding communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills. Strong ability to connect across departments and work effectively both independently and in teams under high pressure.
• Proactive with a high sense of responsibility, a result-oriented mindset, and absolute commitment to data confidentiality.
