_Job Responsibilities_
1. Market & User Research
- Support research market trends, customer behavior, and user insights;
- Assist in competitor analysis and product benchmarking;
- Collect feedback from the users to support product improvement and optimization.
2. Product Project Management
- Track progress of product development and implementation tasks;
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery;
- Support timeline management, task tracking, and project checklists.
3. Product Launch & Implementation Support
- Support the launch of new product features or enhancements;
- Assist with coordination during product implementation activities when required.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain product-related documents and records;
- Consolidate information and data from product activities;
- Support the creation of reports and presentation materials (slides, infographics, product documents).
_Candidate Profile_
We would like to hear from the applicants with:
- Final-year students or freshers who are available to work full-time.
- Experience in creating wireframes and mapping customer journeys is a plus.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to organize information and approach problems in a structured manner.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Basic understanding of IMC advertising, creative communications and agency environment.
