We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth for both:
- TechSoft – B2B software engineering services
- enfue – AI-powered SaaS recruitment platform
This role requires a strong closer who can manage both B2B sales cycles and SaaS product growth.
Key job responsibilities
1. Scope for TechSoft (B2B Software Consulting Services)
Objective: Generate and close international B2B software service deals.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute B2B sales strategy
- Identify, qualify, and close clients in healthcare, medtech, education, ecommerce, tourism and IoT
- Manage consultative sales process from lead to signed contract
- Work with technical teams to scope solutions and build proposals
- Manage pipeline using CRM tools
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and online channels
- Support brand positioning and market expansion initiatives
2. Scope for enfue (SaaS Product)
Objective: Generate and close international B2B software service deals.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new SaaS leads to achieve sales target
- Deliver product demos
- Negotiate and close SaaS contracts
- Manage and nurture client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Collect user feedback to improve product-market fit
- Manage customer data via CRM
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years in B2B sales or SaaS sales
- Experience managing B2B software or technical service engagements
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- CRM proficiency
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strategic, proactive, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
