RESPONSIBILITIES
- Quality Control Execution: Perform testing across Mobile Apps (iOS/Android), Web Admin, and RESTful APIs for the Retail Banking System.
- Test Design & SIT/UAT: Review SRS, Use Cases, and Sequence Diagrams to create test cases, execute SIT, and support Bank users during UAT.
- Automation Testing: Build and maintain automated test scripts (API & Mobile/Web UI) for regression test cycles.
- Banking Integration Testing: Verify integration flows with Core Banking (T24), eKYC, SoftOTP, Payments, WSO2 API Gateway, and Kafka.
- Collaboration & Defect Management: Log, track, and verify bugs; collaborate closely with BA, PM, TA, and Developers to ensure product quality.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 4+ years of QC/QA experience, with solid domain knowledge in Banking & Finance (Digital Banking, Core T24, eKYC, Payments).
- Hands-on testing experience in Mobile (iOS/Android), Web UI, and RESTful APIs.
- Proven experience with Automation Testing tools (Appium, Selenium, Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent).
- Good SQL querying skills (OracleDB, PostgreSQL, Redis) and basic understanding of Microservices & Security concepts (OWASP, OAuth2).
- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes and buug-tracking tools (Jira).
- Own a personal laptop for work.
