What You Will Do
1. B2B Event & Partnership Support (Primary Focus)
Support planning and execution of external events, seminars, workshops, and job fairs.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
Assist in preparing event materials, logistics, and on-site coordination.
Support partnership engagement activities and employer branding initiatives.
2. Branding & Communication
Support branding campaigns and communication activities to enhance Nano’s visibility.
Assist in creating content materials for social media, event communications, and internal branding.
Support basic design/video editing tasks using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
Participate in brainstorming ideas for marketing and branding activities.
3. Event Hosting & Coordination
Support as MC/Presenter for internal or external company events when needed.
Represent Nano professionally when working with external partners and attendees.
Who We Are Looking For
Full-time Internship (Open for final-year students or recent graduates who can commit long-term).
Interested in Event Marketing, Employer Branding, or B2B Marketing.
Energetic, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Comfortable working in dynamic event environments.
Experience in organizing school clubs/events or internship experience is a plus.
