What You'll Do:

As an External Talent Analyst, you will lead end-to-end technology procurement and strategic sourcing for tech talent, from RFPs to contract execution. You will manage supplier relationships, monitor performance via SRM, and partner with regional stakeholders to deliver effective workforce solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

5+ years in Technology Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Vendor Management (experience in IT consulting or tech staffing is a big plus).

Strong in commercial negotiations, contract governance, and SOW management.

Experience supporting regional stakeholders in a multinational environment.

Experience with Thailand teams or Thai language skills is highly valued.
