Service Engineer

Location:

- Plot J1-J2, Thang Long Industrial Park, Dong Anh District, Hanoi

- VSIP Nghe An, Thanh Vinh, Nghe An, Vietnam

Description:

• Provide on-site technical support for chip production at client factories, ensuring machinery up time and process stability

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production line equipment

• Monitor machine performance and respond to breakdowns in a timely manner (24/7 shift support)

• Collect & analyze operational data; propose improvement solutions.

• Collaborate with client teams in cleanroom environment.

Requirement:

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical field

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of production machinery (experience in semiconductor/chip production lines is a strong plus)

• Strong analytical skills - ability to synthesize data, evaluate root causes, formulate actionable solutions.

• Basic Chinese communication skill for daily on-site coordination

• Willing to work shift (with rotation) to ensure 24/7 support
