1. Job Description:
- Drive the development and implementation of effective assortment planning for key assets and creators.
- Spearhead post-live analytics to pinpoint upcoming key drivers.
- Forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and exceed commercial targets.
- Proactively anticipate and resolve challenges related to assortment planning and brand relations.
2. Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with an Ecommerce background.
- Training will be provided for assortment-related tasks.
- Result-driven & problem solving mindset.
- Strong logical & critical thinking skills.
- Able to work on multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
