Job description for Associate Sales Development Representative Manager at Glints
- Managing and leading a team of Outbound Sales Managers and driving the team to meet the company’s strategic objectives in terms of sales and growth targets.
- Driving business growth by generating high-quality sales leads and scheduling meetings for the Business Development team.
- Strategizing new customer acquisition models and creating new market segment expansion.
- Creating opportunities to enlarge sales demand opportunities in the Indonesian market.
- Collaborating with the Business Development team and working together to meet the company's goals and growth.
- Has min. 5 years of working experience in sales development representative or outbound sales area and successfully lead a team of min. 5 people.
- Proven past experience in exceeding the individual target in terms of closing deals and gaining revenue, either in sales, account management, or similar function.
- Has experience in systemizing lead/demand generation in B2B company and proven experience in doing individual target of leads generation (e.g.: a constant routine of cold-calling, qualifying, conversations happening, etc.
- Has experience in leads mining or research; experience in sourcing leads from multiple sources by him/herself, instead of given or provided.
- Process-driven: high attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset.
- Persuasion skills: Able to develop relationships quickly via phone call and able to get people to do what you want them to do through communication.
