Job summary:
- The candidate will serve as the interface between the offshore clients and manage the designated VN project team to facilitate the design, development, and execution of works to ensure successful project/product delivery.
- The candidate shall be able to communicate effectively in English to present and relay technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
Core responsibilities:
- Conduct meetings with respective clients’ stakeholders and manage task assignments for the project team.
- Plan, manage, and track overall project(s) to ensure timely delivery and meet technical/business requirements.
- Ensure project(s) are executed following approved plans and specifications.
- Resolve project issues with the team and escalate risk-prone issues with recommendations to the client stakeholders for resolution/decision.
- Manage changes to projects’ scope, schedule, and effort using appropriate verification techniques.
- Ensure that project implementation methodology, security standards, and procedures are adhered to by all project team members.
- Measure project performance and generate weekly progress reports for clients.
- Track and manage resource/task allocations to ensure productivity at its optimal.
- Conduct project-related training for end-users if required.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in IT software, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field.
- At least 1 year of work experience as a Project Manager or 3 years of work experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Having work experience in 3 full software development life cycles (SDLC) with Agile project experience.
- Proficient in English communication, writing, and reading skills.
- Strong leadership with good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, solution conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Having IT technical knowledge is a big plus.
