Associate Project Coordinator

We're Hiring: Associate Project Coordinator

Join a leading Telecommunications Company and help deliver impactful IT and telecom projects from planning through execution.

📍 Contract: 6 Months

🚀 Immediate joiners are preferred

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end IT/Telco project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget

✅ Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, clients, telecom operators, and infrastructure providers

✅ Develop project plans, track resources and budgets, and facilitate Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project activities

✅ Identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively

✅ Act as a bridge between technical teams (Developers, Architects, QA) and business stakeholders

✅ Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and telecom industry compliance requirements

Requirements

✔ 1–2 years of experience in IT Project Management

✔ Good understanding of the Telecommunications industry

✔ Familiar with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies

✔ Experienced with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Trello

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field

✔ Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

✔ Previous experience as a Software Engineer or Systems Analyst is a plus
