Job Description
- Support product manager in decision making by providing data and metrics.
- Conduct research and analysis of the competitive landscape, product metrics, and consumer trends.
- Business improvement and new features research for the project.
- Collaborate with marketing team to analyze and help clients to solve the project cases.
- Coordinate findings with the product team and aligning with the business goals.
- Manage product lifecycle and product quality.
- Report to product manager and collaborate with product owner, business analysts, and product design team.
- Product knowledge training and user testing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Min. 1 - 2 years of work experience in the same product as Sales or Business Development.
- Proficient handling of Ms. Word, Excel, and draw.io.
- Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Good time management, research and analytical skills.
- Ability to combine and filter ideas.
- Fluent both verbal and written in English.
- Willing to be placed at Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten.
