1. Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and engage MCN agencies and KOL/KOC talents for being livestream partner with company;
- Cooperate with suitable KOL/KOC based on brand needs, and handle booking and scheduling;
- Monitor and manage the full livestream process: pre-briefing, live monitoring, post-review;
- Maintain KOL/MCN relationships and regularly update the talent resource pool;
- Track livestream performance metrics (GMV, conversion rate, ROI) to optimize talent selection strategy;
- Assist in planning livestream schedules to meet monthly session targets;
- Other tasks assigned by Brand Manager.
2. Requirements:
a. Compulsory
- Experience in e-commerce, live streaming, or MCN; talent resources;
- Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live and other livestreaming platforms;
- Proficiency in English or Chinese communication;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, able to independently work with talent partners;
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret key livestream metrics.
b. Preferred
- Have experience in assist Brand Manager to manage projects;
- Have MCN/KOL resource network;
- Experience in small home appliances / electronics with livestream partnerships.

4. Working Time and Office
- Working hours: Mon - Fri and alternative Sat, 9:00 - 18:00 (some positions may have different working schedules);
- Lunch break: 12:00 - 13:30;
- Working place: Ha Son Tower, 277A Nguyen Van Dau, Binh Loi Trung Ward (previously Binh Thanh District), Ho Chi Minh City.
