Position: Assistant/ Sales Support for Chief Business Officer
Level: Fresher - Junior
Working model: Fulltime
Location: CIC Tower, No.2 Nguyen Thi Due, Yen Hoa, Cau Giay, Ha Noi
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist CBO in generating new sales leads, managing sales pipeline, preparing proposals/contracts, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure deal progress and client follow-ups.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and provide admin/calendar support for CBO.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduate or final year student;
- Having experience as an intern/part-time/full-time in Sales Admin, Admin, or Sales Support positions.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Proficient in office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Canva; Photoshop (nice to have)
