Qualification :
- Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Services, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Chinese or Western Restaurant (Managerial Level).
- Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems ESB.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking tools, basic scheduling/rota software, and payroll systems.
- Strong basic arithmetic and accounting skills for managing cash registers, daily sales reconciliation, and tracking petty cash.
- The capacity to train, motivate, and mentor entry-level staff, delegate tasks efficiently, and maintain high team morale.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to handle customer complaints gracefully and settle staff disputes impartially.
