Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Aviation, or related fields
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in aviation/MRO/aerospace industries
Prior experience in Aviation, MRO, or B2B industrial services is highly preferred
Strong understanding of aviation/MRO market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and business development initiatives
Willing to travel for business needs
