We’re looking for an Assistant Manager for our portfolio company - Aqualita Ecotechnology Pte Ltd.
The candidate should be experienced in full sets of accounts, and be responsible for the day-to-day accounting, finance and HR function within the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting & finance duties including AR, AP, and GL functions and prepare financial statements.
- Maintain and improve the organisation’s admin and bookkeeping/accounting process.
- Analyse data from accounting system (Xero and Excel) to generate meaningful management reports.
- Manage and coordinate board meetings with corporate secretary.
- Assist with HR, payroll, admin and procurement matters.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentation slides.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Profile Required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Min. 3 years working experience in Finance/Accounting
- Proficient in Excel and vLookup, Word, and Powerpoint to prepare reports and documents.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Forward-thinking and a problem solver.
- Experience with HR will be an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an attention to details.
- Accountable for assigned tasks, timelines and deadlines, able to multi-task and work independently.
