Job Description:
- Accurately translating documents, emails, drawing, and other written materials from Japanese to Indonesian and vice versa;
- Providing live interpretation during meetings, conferences, and other situations where verbal communication is needed;
- Keeping sensitive information confidential, especially when dealing with company documents or private conversations;
- Taking meeting minutes, supporting administrative tasks, or assisting with Japanese language related activities.
- Handling employee travel preparation, such as flight tickets, accommodation, etc
- Handling document Foreign Workers
Requirement:
- Bachelor of Japanese Language; Management
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) certifications N2 is a strong plus
- Minimum 2 years experience in Administrative
- Interpreters must be adept at understanding and interpreting various sentence structures, reading and writing systems (including Kanji), and subtle linguistic difference;
- Excellent communicators, capable of thinking on their feet and conveying information clearly and accurately in real-time;
- Having computer skills (Ms. Office)
