RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
• Get brief of clients and work closely with Planner and Account to figure out creative directions;
• Create creative concept, art concept and ideation for all creative assets base on the creative direction and the key message;
• Be a leading conceptual, visual communicator that can present well and tell stories in new and creative ways for internal teams and clients;
• Be responsible for concept development and the translation and extension of concepts into effective visual designs for social media marketing campaigns and projects;
• Ensure that the creative output adheres to brand standards and delivers business results;
• Work on several projects at a time and will be involved in all phases of creative development, and also in new business projects;
• Manage, supervise, coordinate and train Design Team.
• At least 4 years of experience performing as the same role in agencies;
• Had experience and artistic mindset of various categories in advertising industry;
• Always keep up-to-date with industry best-practice, new technologies, and trends;
• Proficient in using graphic design tools (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,…);
• Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects;
• Clear, creative, and supportive;
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude;
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate
