Job Description :
Lead and direct the inhouse and outsource creative team in developing visual, audio, and any other form of communication materials
Ensure all the creative and communication outputs are align with brand guidelines and meet its objectives
Ensure the timeliness of all the creative works
Work closely with digital marketing and Public relations to ensure the alignment between creative concept and company's strategies
Manage creative budget to be used efficiently effective
Maintain relationship and managing external agency and other relevant external parties
Monitor, evaluate, and develop the creative team
Build effective monitoring and working system to increase team's productivity
Analyse and improve all the creative
Responsibilities : 
years experience in creative  Preferrably experienced as a artdirector/creative group head for 2 years, or as an Graphic designer for minimum 2-3 years.
Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and AI.
