- Act as a thought leader and strategic partner with the Creative Director in the development and evolution of brand identity, language, and visuals – demonstrating a clear understanding of brand and business priorities.
- Support in upholding the creative direction and strategy for the Content and Creative teams, from concept through to execution across the entire consumer journey and its touchpoints.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into ideas that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, engaging, and in keeping with brand expression and standards.
- Must be able to manage daily workload for yourself and your design team. Set clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations on projects to ensure that the design output is a brand app and that all marketing requirements are completed on time, with the highest standards, for both internal and external reviews.
- Bring forward the most innovative creative techniques, design trends, top talent, and current industry trends and innovations across all relevant industries driving vision and insights to creative ideation, strategy, and production planning.
- Provide additional senior-level leadership to Creative and Content teams, acting as key support to the Creative Director.
- Inspire and develop Creative team members through project development, coaching, and performance management.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a similar discipline is highly preferred.
- 5 years of experience in the beauty, skincare, or luxury consumer brand industry is preferred.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
- 5 years experience or deep understanding (academic and professional) of design software including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
- Proven experience with campaign design/concept (online and offline), graphic design, and packaging design, and with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Stellar graphic design, digital design, and typography skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a challenging environment.
- Ability to perform well in a team environment and work independently when appropriate.
- Submit a link or diverse portfolio that exhibits excellent use of typography, color, imagery, video, and graphic elements.
