Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :
· Melakukan daily checking ke seluruh storeyang menjadi tanggung jawab
· Bertanggung jawab terhadap produktivitas store-storedengan melakukan kontrol dan penilaian secara rutin
· Bertanggung jawab atas implementasi SOP di setiap store
· Mengontrol aktivitas penjualan dan membantu menjalankan program promosi penjualan
· Memastikan pelayanan terhadap customerberjalan dengan baik.
· Memastikan kebersihan area store serta kualitas produk.
Kualifikasi :
· Pendidikan terakhir min. D3 semua jurusan
· Berpengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun sebagai Supervisor/Manager dalam industri F&B/Retail
· Bersedia bekerja secara mobile, domisili Palembang
· Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan jiwa leadership yang tinggi
· Bersedia mengikuti training di Jakarta
· Proses rekrutmen akan dilakukan secara online
