Job Detail:
1. Minimum D3/S1 in Information Technology or related field
2. Experience in supporting operating systems, including Windows Server, AS400, and Linux.
3. Experience in application development using Java and Microsoft .NET, with databases such as SQL 4. Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL/EnterpriseDB, and MySQL.
4. Strong analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills in diagnosing and resolving application-related issues across various platforms.
5. Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and incident management within production environments.
6. Ability to analyze system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
7. Experience in supporting Trade Finance and Custody applications is an advantage (preferred but not mandatory)
