Job description for Application Support Specialist at PT Cartrack Technologies Indonesia
- Monitor remotely to spot technical issues within the tracking units on vehicles
- Respond to incoming events from tracking units to confirm or verify that all is in order with the vehicle
- Attend to inbound calls from clients testing units or requesting positions on vehicles
- Collaborate with other related departments to resolve the issues.
- Troubleshoot remotely for simpler issues.
- Review systems and application logs for remote diagnostic of field devices
- Conversational level of English language skill
- Must possess at least Diploma Degree (D3)
- Experienced in IT or Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering related field for at least 1 year
- GPS or Vehicle Tracking industry experience will be preferred
- Fully computer literate with experience/knowledge in Application Support and Web Services is preferred
- Willing to work on shifting hours at the office (possible at night)
