JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
How will YOU contribute to the Team?
· Work closely with sales to build out market leading brief responses, as well as managing all brief response requests across APAC.
· Work with sales and clients directly to build out effective advertising research projects.
· Provide the senior leadership team and marketing with insights to help direct business strategy, and marketing and PR activity.
· Manage the day-to-day running’s of the research team (while the Head of is on maternity leave).
· Understand the business objectives and challenges, and design research projects off the back of that to deliver actionable insights.
· Present findings of research in an engaging and useful way, highlighting the key findings and trends discovered in the research.
· Support your colleagues in the Insights team when needed
· Manage external research partnerships.
· Bring new ideas to the table!
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Do YOU have what it takes to succeed?
· 5+ years experience in research or insight’s role
· Experience designing and managing research projects from both an internal and external (client specific) point of view
· Experience in building insights presentations and turning data into stories.
· Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently, as well as in a small team
· Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products, Excel a must.
· A passion for research, an inquisitive mind, and a desire to continuously learn!
