RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance MKT:
- Implement and optimize the effectiveness of running ads for each campaign.
- Coordinate with related departments/ teams to exceed the business profit target.
- Keyword research and SEO consulting for relevant professional teams to ensure input quality for ads campaign.
- Research and implement other advertising tactics (besides SEM) to help increase the efficiency of ads campaign.
- Prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly reports to analyze and measure advertising performance.
- Conceptualize, setup, launch and optimize new SEM campaigns
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/ manager.
Ecommerce:
- Monitor day by day sales performance: Manage inventory and channels, develop pricing and promotions, analyze market trends, and coordinate with teams to achieve sales operation.
- Conduct market research, responsible for developing & executing launching plans strictly to SOP from IDEA Team
- Prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by week, month and quarter.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/ manager.
SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce
- Experience in performance marketing, specifically with PPC channels (Google, Coc Coc, etc.) and knowledge of SEO
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions using data.
- Proficient in data analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio.
- Proficient in SEO and SEM tactics and able to create effective performance marketing plans.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across the organization.
- Good English and comfortable interacting in a multinational team.
Will be plus:
- Experience with Amazon advertising platforms and tools (e.g. Amazon PPC, Amazon DSP)
- Experience with e-commerce/social commerce platforms such as Amazon, or Walmart/Target/Tik Tok, … and so on.
- Passion for POD products.
BENEFITS:
- Salary from 15,000,000 to 21,000,000 VND (Negotiable based on qualifications).
- Lunch allowance: 800,000 VND/month; parking fee support at the office building.
- 2 month probation period with 90% of full salary.
- All necessary equipment and tools provided for work.
- 13th-month salary, performance-based bonuses, holiday bonuses, and annual team building activities.
- Public holidays off in accordance with government regulations; health and social insurance provided after signing the official labor contract.
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
