JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sotamedia is looking for an AI-Driven Marketing Executive who is not only a skilled marketer but also a tech enthusiast. In this role, you will leverage AI and automation tools to optimize marketing workflows and execute high-impact global campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute Inbound/Outbound marketing campaigns tailored for traditional Web2 businesses and global clients.
- Multi-Channel Management: Oversee and optimize content across international platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, YouTube, and Web/SEO).
- Lead Generation & Growth: Implement growth hacking strategies and set up automated funnel systems to generate high-quality leads for clients.
- Data Analytics & ROI Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using data-driven metrics (KPIs/OKRs), ensuring continuous optimization.
- AI & Automation Workflow Implementation: Ability to leverage No-Code/Low-Code automation platforms to streamline marketing operations and maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing with a result-oriented mindset.
- Solid foundation in Performance Marketing, Content Strategy, Lead Generation, and Marketing Automation. Able to execute an end-to-end marketing campaign before.
- Preferable with candidates who have knowledge in AI/AI Agent and able to implement AI workflows, including understanding: API connection; prompting & utilizing LLMs; generate media (Higgsfield; Midjourney; etc.).
- Excellent verbal, presentation-style, and written communication skills in English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and naturally curious about new marketing technologies
