SCOPE OF WORK

This isn't your typical coffee-fetching, file-organizing internship. As a New Business Development Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to explore, ideate, and execute high-impact projects that drive growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, giving you a holistic view of business development in the dynamic intersection of tech / AI and business, including key workstreams:

A. Explore New Business Opportunities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and untapped growth areas in Workforce Development, upskilling, and reskilling.
  • Analyze customer needs and market insights to propose new ideas and approaches that leverage technology and AI to solve critical problems with sizable business potential
  • Stay ahead of industry developments and bring forward new ideas to help expand business and its impact.

B. Initiative Development & Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Propose targeted, innovative aproach to launch new services and products, including concept validation and pilot execution.
  • Validate concepts and execute pilot initiatives, testing ideas in real-world scenarios.
  • Design and implement GTM strategies, including digital campaigns, messaging, and outreach to target markets, leveraging email marketing, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and automation to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to refine campaigns and improve efficiency.

C. Strategic Partnerships & Market Outreach

  • Build and manage partnerships with ecosystem players, including employers, education providers or institution, etc.
  • Represent Edtronaut in industry forums, webinars, and networking events to create visibility and explore untapped markets.

Basic Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and eager to learn new platforms.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 4 days per week for a 6-month internship.
