Job Overview:
We are looking for an AI Applied Coordinator Intern to support our company-wide AI Transformation initiative.
You will help business teams identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, reduce manual work, enhance decision-making, and improve business processes.
You do not need to be an AI researcher or Machine Learning Engineer. We are looking for someone who is curious about AI, understands business problems, enjoys experimenting with AI tools, and can turn ideas into practical solutions..
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. AI Use Case Discovery
- Work with business teams to identify repetitive, time-consuming, or knowledge-intensive tasks.
- Analyze business problems and identify opportunities for AI applications.
- Translate business pain points into clear AI use cases.
- Maintain an AI Use Case / AI Opportunity Catalog.
- Help prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, risk, and effort.
2. AI Tool & Solution Research
- Research and evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, and solutions.
- Compare AI tools based on capabilities, cost, usability, security, integration, and business fit.
- Conduct experiments with LLMs, AI assistants, AI agents, document AI, and AI-powered productivity tools.
- Stay updated on practical developments in generative AI and AI automation.
3. AI Proof of Concept & Pilot
- Build and test simple AI solutions using available AI tools and platforms.
- Create prompts, workflows, templates, and AI-assisted processes.
- Support Proof of Concept (PoC) and Pilot projects.
- Collect user feedback and iterate on AI solutions.
- Document experiment results, limitations, and lessons learned.
4. AI Process Integration
- Work with the Business Process Analyst to identify where AI can be integrated into existing business processes.
- Help design AI-enabled workflows.
- Coordinate with IT, Product, Data, Operations, HR, and other stakeholders for implementation.
- Support integration between AI tools and existing business applications where applicable.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data/AI, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Generative AI and AI applications.
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and learning new technologies independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to understand business problems and translate them into practical solutions.
